In this post, I will show you how to get gold scarab in Elden Ring. It gives about 20% more runes from defeated enemies. It is a very cool talisman that you can wear.
To get the Gold Scarab, you must go to a dungeon. You can see its location on the map below. First, head over to the Smoldering Wall. Once you get there, just ride towards the east. Eventually, you will reach the edge of the cliff. Look for the entrance to the dungeon there. You can use the double jump to reach the entrance.
Before entering the cave, you need to have a weapon with quickstep ability to dash forward. Because the floor inside this cave is full of scarlet rot that makes you walk really slow. The weapon with quickstep ability needs to be in your main hand. Otherwise, you will deplete your health way too fast. You can dash forward by pressing the Ashes of War button to get out the scarlet rot.

Once inside the cave, keep running as far as you can and stick to the right wall. You will see that there are some enemies that will launch multiple poison bolts at you. Just dodge your way through and try not to get hit.
Eventually, you will see a yellow mist and a large chamber. Don’t forget to equip your main weapons as you go inside. There are two bosses you need to beat there to get the gold scarab as a reward. I’m not going to show you how to beat these bosses. You must be prepared for the fight.
Once you have the scarab, go to your inventory and add it to your talismans. So you can gain 25% extra runes from everything in Elden Ring.
