Limgrave Larval Tear Location in Elden Ring
The first Larval Tear is in the first accessible area of the game. To get the first one, you need to go to the Limgrave region. When you reach the location you will see a man who looks like a normal enemy. When you defeat the enemy, he transforms into a Runebear. You need to kill this Runebear to get the first Larval Tear on our list.
Liurnia Larval Tear Locations in Elden Ring
After you get the first item, you need to go to the northwest of the Limgrave area. Albinaurics Village is where you need to go to earn another Larval Tear. When you reach the top of the ground, you will see coffin-like things and a shiny item. Just get this item because it’s a Larval Tear.
In order to find the third one, you need to go to the northeast of the Albinaurics Village. Boilprawn Shack is where you need to go. When you reach the destination, head west to look for a giant lobster. There will be a giant lobster wandering alone. When you kill the lobster, it will turn into Grafted Scion. When you defeat the monster, you will receive a Larval Tear.
You have to go to the Artist’s Shack in Liurnia to get the next one. You will see a resurrection painting that you must examine to find where this painting was made. Then you have to go to Caria Manor to find a graveyard. There will be a Larval Tear and some armor on the ground.
The next one is located near the Renna’s Rise tower in the Liurnia. Pretty close to the previous one. You just have to go down until you reach the bottom of the ladder. Caelid Larval Tear Locations in Elden Ring
There is only one Larval Tear in Caelid, and to get it you need to head south from the site of grace until you find a graveyard. You will see a normal enemy and when you kill him, the enemy will turn into a giant. Kill that giant and you will get the Larval Tear.
Leyndell Larval Tear Locations
In order to get the next one, you need to go outside the north gate of the Royal Capital Leyndell and then head west. You will find a ruined building. After killing the enemy inside this building, he will turn into a giant monster. When you kill the monster you will get a Larval Tear.
Siofra River

After destroying the ball go to the end of the bridge and head to the right. Inside the building, there will be another ball that will fall from the roof. When you destroy that ball, you’ll get another Larval Tear.
The next Larval Tear is pretty close. At the end of the bridge, there is a giant staircase leading to another building. There will be a ball that will drop several dark silver slimes. Destroy them and you will get your Larval Tear.
Other Locations
To find the next Larval Tear, you need to visit Gelmir Mountain. When you reach the front of the Road of Iniquity Site of Grace, you need to go further down. Eventually, you will see an enemy on fire. When you kill this enemy, he will turn into a giant monster. You will receive a Larval Tear when you kill this giant.
If you visit a secret area called the Consecrated Snowfield in the snow region, you will earn another Larval Tear. You have to go southeast from the Site of Grace until you see three enemies. When you kill them, one of them will turn into a Runebear. Once you defeat that Runebear you will be able to get a Larval Tear.
