Diablo 2: Resurrected can be played in multiplayer co-op with up to eight players. Players have the option to play online or play with friends. Many gamers are looking for how to play Diablo 2 Resurrected multiplayer. We explain what you need to do to play the game with your friend or join a random online group.
How to Play Diablo 2 Resurrected With Friends
When creating a Diablo 2: Resurrected character, you need to choose whether the character is Online or Offline. This cannot be changed later. You have to create separate characters for each mode. What you do next depends on the game platform.
On console
First, click the Online button to activate the online character on the main screen. Then press the Play button.

You will see the screen with Private and Party Finder options. If you want to play with random people, click the Party Finder tab.

When you select one of the boxes on the screen, you will join the game of another player doing that quest.

Choose Private if you want to play with your friend. Then invite your friend to the game.
PC
If you select the online character and press the Play button, a Private game starts. When you press the P key after entering the game, the Party tab will appear. Then when you press Enter, you will see your friends list. Here you can invite any of your friends to the game.
If you want to play with random people, click on the Lobby next to the Play button. You can then create a new game or join an existing game. If you can’t join your friend’s game, check if the “friends list joining” option is allowed when creating the game.

Also, don’t forget to add your friends to your battle.net friends list so you can see them in drop-down menus.
