In this ARK guide, I will show you where to find Achatina on Fjordur. I’m going to give you some spawn locations. Achatinas are pretty basic creatures. They roam around and do not mess with others. When attacked by other creatures, they tuck into their shells and hide from predators. When the danger is gone, they continue on their way as if nothing had happened.
The taming process of these creatures is also quite simple. When you find one of these, you can pick the snail up with the bird and bring it to your base. Once you bring it to a safe place for taming, feed the creature with the sweet vegetable cake. You won’t need any cages or anything to tame these snails.
To knock them out you will need to shoot their shells. Once the snail is knocked out, you can feed it by putting a sweet vegetable cake in its inventory.
It takes some time, but these snails produce Achatina Paste, which is a substitute for cementing paste. If you catch enough of them, you can set up an Achatina Paste factory in your base.
Where to find Achatina on Fjordur
The most common place where you can find Achatina is anywhere in the swamp. The Swamp biome is located at coordinates 41.4 and 07.5. It is located on the far left of the map. The next location is located at coordinates 26.5 and 76.4. Achatina can also be found at coordinates 12.5 and 82.5. The last spawn location is 18.6 and 94.3.
