The first thing you need to do is go to Stella Mine. Once you get to the mine, you will need to kill some enemies. Or you can try to avoid them.
How to Get Thunder Enchantite Element in Asterigos Curse of the Stars
After crossing the wooden bridge, turn left and go down the stairs. You will see a door when you get down to the bottom. You will need to find a key to open this door because it will be locked. To get the key, you will need to kill an enemy holding a green glowy hammer. If you follow the story progression, you can find this enemy. Just keep going along the path and go down to the bottom of the cave. After killing the guy, grab the key and go back to where the door was.
Inside the room, there will be a few items that you can collect. You can find the Thunder Enchantite Element inside the chest.
