We’re going to show you how to catch all three forms of Lycanroc in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Lycanroc is a rock Pokemon that evolves from Rockruff and resembles a wolf. There are three forms of it: Midday Form, Midnight Form, and Dusk Form.
In Midday Form, it resembles an arctic wolf with its light brown fur and blue eyes. It has a dark brown triangular nose and triangular pointed ears with pink insides. It has four fangs that are said to be razor-sharp. There is a fluffy white tail that distinguishes it from the Midnight Form. It has calm behavior and prefers to live in peace. It doesn’t roam with other Lycanrocs and is often seen alone. Despite its peaceful nature, it can be quite deadly when attacking its opponents. It can deal a lot of damage to its enemies with razor-sharp rocks growing out of its mane.
In Midnight Form, it resembles a werewolf with pink eyes and red fur. It has pointed ears, just like the Midday Form, but this one has a shorter tail. It has several razor-sharp teeth in its mouth and three black claws on each leg. The Midnight Form looks more terrifying than the other forms.
The Dusk Form resembles both of its other two forms. Its tail resembles the Midday Form, while its orange fur looks more like the werewolf-looking version.
Where to find Lycanroc in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
All three forms of Lycanroc spawn at different times of the day. Its Midnight Form appears only at night, while the Midday Form appears only during the daytime. The Dusk Form is the hardest to find, as it only appears at sunset.
You can find all three forms of it around the North Province (Area One).
If you want to find the Dusk Form, you’ll want to make a sandwich to increase your chances of encountering it. We recommend making the Ultra BLT sandwich, recipe number 74.
