There is a bounty board in the city of Westmarch that you can visit. The city is located in the lower-left part of the map. You can find everything you need in the palace courtyard in that city. And you can accept bounties. They will give you a pretty good XP and help you level up. However, this is not the fastest way. There is a more efficient way to do it.
The fastest way to level up in Diablo Immortal
The fastest way to level up in Diablo Immortal is the Elder Rift. You don’t need a crest to earn bonus XP. You can just go in there and farm bonus XP forever. To maximize your time, you need to follow a strategy and ignore all enemies except those with the blue skull icon. Destroy all the blue ones as fast as you can and only worry about the blue skulls on your map.
If you can’t find a blue enemy, you can open the map and teleport out of that area and return to the place you entered. This strategy will be faster than killing normal enemies to earn XP. There are other methods that sound good in theory but are not good in practice. Once you have run out of main quests, farm replayable dungeons called Elder Rift that can be completed in two to three minutes.
