How to Get Froggy Armor Set in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
The first thing you need to do is go to the Rito village. Once you get there, you’ll find a stable called the Lucky Clover Gazette. There is an NPC named Tracy there. Go and talk to her. She’ll tell you where Penn is so you can find him.
Penn (the bird) will give you some quests to complete to get the Froggy Armor Set. After you complete five of these quests you will get the first piece. After 9 quests you get the second piece. You need to complete 13 quests to collect all the pieces.
Please note that Penn can spawn in strange places like roofs. But he will always be around the stables.
This armor is pretty good for rainy days. It is covered with anti-slip material which is very effective on slippery surfaces.
