How to Get Rubber Armor Set in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
The first armor piece location is shown on the map below. Once you reach the location you will see a large cave opening. If you swim along the path, you will find a rocky wall that you will need to break through. You will then have access to a large room where you can get the rubber tights.
You will need to swim again to reach the next piece. Once you enter the cave, kill all the creatures and follow the path. You will get the rubber helm in this cave.
To get the last piece of armor, you need to break some rocks. Once you reach the location, you have to break rocks to access the hidden cave. You will need to use your sword to cut the vines to open the path. Inside the cave, you will also see some breakable rocks blocking the way. Once you reach the big chamber, you will find a chest and rubber armor.
